TECHNICAL GUIDELINES for LIVE VIDEO VIEWING
Your Viewing Device
The best video image and sound quality is achieved using a modern computer with video streaming capabilities. If you can watch YouTube videos, Netflix or Amazon Prime Movies on your device it should be just fine! There's no minimum screen size requirement, but if you're watching with a group of friends a large screen is better.

Your Web Browser
The LIVE streaming software on the We Love Normandy website is compatible with most current internet browsers. We recommend using Google Chrome.

Your Internet Connection
If your computer can play videos on YouTube, Netflix, or Amazon Prime Movies, then your internet connection should be fine. We recommend a download speed of at least 3 Mbps. To test the speed of your connection you can use a speed tester like fast.com

Your Sound
If your device has a loudspeaker that you use to listen to music or watch videos then that's all you need! If you have external loudspeakers or a sound bar then that will improve your listening experience.

ZOOM account (only for VIRTUAL tours)
You will need a ZOOM account with the relevant software installed on your PC or tablet. You can register and download ZOOM from here.
