We adore this delightful little cottage! An easy cycle ride to the west coast’s wild, wide beaches, close to the seaport towns of Barneville-Carteret and Portbail, and an easy drive to Mont Saint Michel and the D-Day beaches – it’s the perfect retreat for all rural Normandy lovers.
Three bedrooms, a charming farmhouse kitchen and a très conviviale living space provide enough room for a small group of friends to savour a taste of rustic French living. Hot summertime excursions can be followed by chilled drinks on the lawn or in the cool shade of the ancient barn; the warmth of a glowing log fire will soothe tired legs after wind-swept beach walks.
The young owners, Sam and Fran, invested many, many hours to transform Glatigny Farmhouse with great taste and funky flair. You’ll love it.
