We begin the tour at the Amerindian Monument and the Charles Shay Monument on the dunes at Le Ruquet. Tides allowing we will see the remains of the pontoon causeway in the sands. Next we walk along the beach to the D3 Draw at Les Moulins and the location of Strongpoint 68. We visit the Signal Monument dedicated to the 1st and 29th US Infantry Divisions and Les Braves Monument. We end the tour with a visit to the First US Provisional Cemetery.
